This has to be staged. Have you ever tried to move any computer equipment around on your desk? The monitor he throws at the begining isn't plugged into anything.
I think it is staged, too. My main reason is because it seems like nobody tried very hard to get the @#% out of there, which would be the first reaction of every normal human being.
Two votes for "staged" so far.
I think it's staged too. Check out the two guys standing at the whiteboard before the violence erupts. They look like the worst background extras ever.
Plus, doesn't it look like there are just way too many people hanging out in one tiny corner of the room? Everybody's placed themselves in a very visible way, so that they can say, "Hey, look at me. I'm in a popular viral video."
